DogSesh is currently a pre-launch waitlist. Signing up does not create a binding agreement to use a future app, and does not guarantee access to any specific features, timeline, or location. We may change, delay, or discontinue development at our discretion.
You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for the DogSesh waitlist or to use DogSesh once launched.
DogSesh is currently offered free of charge during our beta period.
DogSesh facilitates connections between dog owners and dog enthusiasts. We do not conduct professional background checks, and all profile information is self-reported. We cannot guarantee the behavior of any person or dog, or the outcome of any session.

DogSesh is provided "as is" during this pre-launch and beta phase, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DogSesh and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any future DogSesh service.
As DogSesh develops from a waitlist into a full booking platform, these terms will be significantly expanded to cover things like booking policies, cancellations, and ratings. We'll post updates here with a new "last updated" date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
